beautiful view sunset cruise clogged showerhead slipping hazard
The lobby had a beautiful view of the lake. The sunset cruise was also great (I loved the views!).
The shower head was clogged with limescale, so the water flow was poor. Water leaked from the shower into the toilet area. This created a slipping hazard.

indian dishes beautiful lobby amazing service
the food at the restaurant tasted very good. I especially liked the south Indian dishes they offered. the beautiful lobby overlooking the lake captivated me. the service was amazing, and the chef personalized meals to my dietary needs.

Awesome Lakeside Experience!
pristine nature kerala style spacious room separate bath
I found a lovely hotel nestled in pristine nature. It sits right on Ashtamudi Lake banks. The architecture follows Kerala style, with arches, pillars, tiled roofs, and great balconies. My lakeview premium king room felt spacious with a jacuzzi, separate bath, and WC. These features works well if there are two or three occupants.
The gym was quite small.

The hotel grounds sits beside the scenic Ashtamudi Lake which is great. The breeze flows through the public sitting areas and ensures it is comfortable. Its position on the lakeside is fantastic.

My royal premier lake view king room was cavernous. The room reminded me of a church converted for exclusive use. The layout of the wardrobes, toilets, and bathroom felt unique and expansive, just awesome.

The hotel includes a big pool with great views. I joined the complimentary house boat cruise and enjoyed it for 40 minutes in the evening. There were multiple restaurants with indoor and outdoor spaces.

The staff was considerate and friendly. Shine, the duty manager, sorted out a few minor issues very efficiently. Vikas at the front desk ensured my check-in was smooth. Hari, the chauffeur, was also a tour guide.

relaxing lakeside escape
fresh fruit sunset views
After a long journey, this hotel was a welcome sight. the room was well-appointed, and the staff was quite attentive to our needs (i especially liked the fresh fruit provided daily). i took advantage of the boat cruise and thoroughly enjoyed the sunset views. It was a highlight of my stay.
I found that the air conditioning in the room was a bit too strong and difficult to adjust. This caused a little discomfort during the night, though i adjusted with an extra blanket.

welcome drink breakfast buffet
i checked in and was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink it was a nice start i had a grand heritage lake view king room it had a spacious balcony and the views of the lake were beautiful the breakfast buffet was expansive so many options were available i especially enjoyed the south indian dishes they offered
the gym was small it had limited equipment so my workout routine was slightly affected

Really good stay
clean rooms helpful staff great care
I enjoyed every moment spent at the hotel. The rooms were VERY super clean and cozy. Staff members Binil and Pramod were helpful for any support needed. The reception staff explained the resort facilities and ensured great care was given to us.
I noticed that the onsite restaurant had limited food variety.

beautiful arches spacious room fabulous accessories
the hotel has aesthetically built in kerala style with beautiful arches. i stayed in a lakeview premium king room, spacious and included a jacuzzi. bathroom accessories are from thrishya, a leela group brand, and are fabulous.
